Product Marketing Specialist

Key Deliverables:

  • § Buyer personasthat provide structure and insight for a Researches andanalyses a variety of marketing information, including market trends, pricingschedules, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data
  • Presentsfindings to marketing teams to help guide the direction and activities of thedepartment
  • Develops newmarketing strategies and campaigns based on detailed analysis of market forces
  • Works withcreative teams to come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphicdesigns, and promotional materials
  • Identifies theappropriate media channels where each product or service`s marketing materialscan be delivered to the public
  • Enforces brandmarketing guidelines throughout each product to create a cohesive feel to eachcampaign
  • Provides expertdirection and insight to marketing staff membersthroughout each project or campaign
  • Acts as a go-to resource for up-to-date,accurate research and market information
  • Tracks marketing strategy results closely andcreates detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback
  • Adjusts marketing plans as needed in responseto data tracking efforts
  • Reports findings and results to uppermanagement and executives
  • Anyother tasks assigned by the direct line manager.

Qualifications:

§ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

Skills/Knowledge:

§Analytical Skills: Marketing specialists lookat many streams of data to determine the demographics and buying trends of current and potential customers. Understanding this data will be critical to the job.

§Communication: When gathering and presenting information, marketing specialists need to be able to talk and listen well.

§Critical-Thinking: Being able to process the data in a way to make recommendations takes critical thinking.

§Attention to Detail: Analyzing data to show trends takes precision.

Experience:

  • 2-4 years in Marketing

Business Understanding:

Good understanding
