Overview:

 Adcolony is a mobile ad tech company devoted to disrupting the video ad space with our proprietary Instant-Play™ HD video ad technology.  With consistently rapid growth every quarter, we are looking to add superstars to the team to bring our company to the next level. 

We are looking for a talented Business Development Manager that will come in and be a part of the New Business Development team in our Istanbul office. The individual will be responsible for initiating, negotiating, and closing mobile advertising and monetization agreements with leading mobile gaming companies. This rockstar will have a strong rolodex to call upon to:

  • Bring their smartphone & tablet apps (iOS & Android) onto the Adcolony mobile video monetization platform.
  • Cultivate long-lasting and meaningful relationships with these publishers that will make Adcolony a trusted go-to partner for mobile monetization and user acquisition.

What you need for this position:

  • Passion for mobile games!
  • A solid client, ad network and/or exchange-side experience with demonstrated expertise in monetization, business development, client management, communications, strategy & marketing within the mobile or online space.
  • Organization, attention to detail, and self-motivation with a deep interest and proven success in hunting for, developing and closing new business.
  • Strong relationships within the media publishing and mobile game industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully plan for and execute complex business negotiations. 
  • Consistent record of achievement in meeting and exceeding management goals.
  • Skill in crafting pitches to potential clients, delivering time and resource estimates.
  • Extensive experience in sales/business development for a mobile or online advertising platform.
  • Strong understanding of both the strategic and tactical implications for mobile video advertising 
  • Solid experience with SDK-based publisher development.
  • Ability to articulately speak to the benefits of mobile video ad monetization and respond to client questions with strategic, insightful and applicable answers.
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Economics, Business or related field required, MBA preferred.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist VP of Business Development with all strategic and tactical business development initiatives related to media company publishers and mobile games.
  • Identify new prospects and develop new client relationships within the media publisher and game developers’ community.
  • Work closely with cross­-functional teams including legal, QA, AM, Growth and tech support to ensure optimal integration experience and service.
