Specific Accountabilities

  • Take ownership of cost reporting/control software package and ensure integrity of the data being  processed and reported
  • Assist Proposal Coordinators to develop estimates and proposals using InControl Proposal Generator Module
  • Interface and liaise with Project Managers and Alliance Managers to analyse project costs and forecasts   and develop standard and Customer specific project status reports
  • Interface and liaison with all NSW Location Managers to provide location focused project reports and forecasts
  • Maintain contact with other InControl users in Worley to ensure Worley best practices are utilised
  • Maintenance of  the system environment and training of users
  • Develop cost reporting and control systems suitable for use on medium size EPCM Projects
  • Assist Project Managers in development of Project schedules and planning practices
  • Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of  Worley’s  Quality System
  • Responsible for personal safe working practices. Understand and follow OH&S procedures for office and operating Site environments
  • Assist in Project Delivery  processes as detailed in Location Plan Manual
  • Supervise Project Document Control  function in other offices
  • Act in a manner conducive to a professional environment including being cooperative and courteous in all dealings with Project team members and Customers

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Five years professional experience in relevant  duties in Project Delivery environment
  • Experience in Engineering design activities and knowledge of typical deliverables
  • Experience in relevant software systems and disciplined approach to system data
  • Ability to interact effectively with people. Clear, fluent and expressive use of verbal and written language to convey information and ideas.
  • Good negotiating skills to be able to work with customers ( both internal and external) to meet project objectives and goals
