Business / Financial Analyst

What you will be doing

• Provide financial / business / controls analysis to support specific business lines or activities
• Analyze the difference between financial numbers (i.e. actual costs expended vs. planned costs) including communicating stewardship results on a timely basis
• Develop and deliver business controls / financial presentation as needed
• Provide support on business process controls, audit, internal assessment and other reporting / controls requirements as required
• Provide guidance / advice on guidelines relating to accounting matters, controls & compliance

What you should have

• A recognized professional qualification or degree in Accounting / Finance (with outstanding academic credentials)
• Related work experience of 3-5 years is preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Analytical, with conceptual as well as creative thinking skills
• Strong & effective communication, teamwork and collaboration skills
• Strong MS Excel / PowerPoint / SAP R3 skills
