Mission

Maximise the sale of parts and service solutions. Develop new customers, promote company products & solution and achieve sales revenue for own territory.

Job Description

· Perform PGA analysis for own territory market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback. · Aggressively exploit the territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities. · Plan and organize sales activities, solution presentation…etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order. Report sales activities timely and accurately in C4C. · Cooperate with customer, collect customer’s needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer with values. · Maintain highest possible customer relationship through a one-to-one concept strategy. · Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with customers, distributors, · Cooperate with marketing team in market activities and market analysis. · Cooperate with service operations to achieve customer satisfaction · Job audit on work done to customers’ installations particularly after overhaul activity. · Provide technical expertise including advisory capacity to customers. · Preparation of Service and Parts Quotations and subsequent activities to full sales transaction. · Compile and submit monthly reports on sales, lost orders and competition. · Continuously improve job required competence, personality and behavior. · Cooperate with Credit Department to improve the performance of receivables & overdue

Experience requirements

2 years in technical service / after-market sales

Knowledge

Computer literate. Service sales handling Customer Relationship / Retention skill Sales Presentation Skill Product knowledge

Educational requirements

Diploma / Certificate in technical / Marketing discipline

Personality requirements

Strong customer focused and deeply determined Result oriented with a clear focus on the given targets Analytical person with innovative problem solving ability Excellent interpersonal skills Must be able to work independently and as a team player
